We conduct telephonic interviews through a virtual call centre (VCC) solution wherein our researchers are able to work from home
We setup and host web-based surveys with access to live results dashboards and real time feedback
We setup and run online group discussions thereby obviating the need for physical hosting venues
We search for and collate secondary data through systematic scanning of relevant data sources
Our Virtual Call Centre setup runs on a VOIP system and enables our researchers to work separately from different locations in Johannesburg, Durban and Cape Town while remaining under centralised and live supervision►
The purpose of data collection is to gather information that answers the research questions. That information must be robust, valid and reliable. Because no amount of post-field data processing will fix problems associated with poor quality information, our data collection processes are systematic and controlled. The choice of data collection method depends on several factors such as study design, information required, participants’ profile, degree of anonymity, timelines, and research budget.
We also provide options for interacting with research participants and key informants via digital and virtual platforms such as Zoom and MS Teams.
